Although it is still in the initial stages, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) is looking to have signal-free roads leading on to Kachehri Chowk and Defence Chowk, which makes me think if it is going to impact any nearby housing schemes?
As I said, it is still in the initial stages and only the concept paper has been prepared but now feasibility studies will be conducted. After that we will really find out how the project is going to work and what cost will be to execute it.
However, other major constructions of roads and corridors significantly affected the market for surrounding housing schemes, so here I am wondering which societies will be able to benefit from this? Any insight by the experts?
