How much dip behria phase 8 has seen uptil now?Since recent crisis started.

There is no decline. I purchased 7M plot in Umer block in January 2018. Uptill Now i have got offer to sell at the rate of 38 Lac. It has gone up. This may be because of RRR news to get start in March 2019 Or currency Depreciation can also make the Property Expensive.
Furthermore, The Settlement of cases in Supreme court will push the prices up more.
No decline in phase 8. Infact rise in prices expected.
Sir its decline.one of my plot in phase 8 developed block very nyce location but price goes down almost half million with in one month.
I also have a plot in Phase 8. Prices are rising not declining especially for good developed blocks.

Humayyun bahi one of my plot is in F block and other one is in echo i mean in E block. But negative news about both plots .both of the plots at good solid land.hope for good.
