Computerised land record services for overseas Pakistanis

Prime minister (PM) imran khan has recently announced that overseas pakistanis would soon have access to computerised land record services. This will allow them to easily obtain valid property ownership records. For their convenience, the government will establish these computerised land record service counters at five different embassies in pakistan.

The overseas pakistanis can reach these computerised land record service counters at the following embassies:

• United Kingdom
• United States
• Saudi Arabia
• UAE
• Qatar

The computerisation of land record has been an important focus of the current government. In this regard, the preparations for launching these counters are in their final stages. No launch date has yet been announced. Meanwhile, these counters will only issue the ‘fard’ for the record.
