I heard from some dealers that there is a plan by bt to construct a bridge to connect ph8 with adiala road to make easy access to gt road and saddar etc. This will reduce the time consumed by using gt road and going thru bahria, dha from ph8.
It can bring a positive impact on ph8 prices.
