Dear PK1,
There is no such big risk in buying a plot in G-14. The development work will be first started in G-14/3 and G-14/2. And if you wait to buy until it actually starts, the prices would be higher at that time. However, it might take couple of years for the Govt departments to start the work. So you need to be patient if you do such an investment.
