Malik riaz has clarified that the rumours of development charges imposed on the whole of bahria town were baseless. The development charges will be imposed only on bahria town properties sold in 2014. No charges would be imposed on the residents of jinnah avenue, liberty commercial, midway commercial, farm houses, bahria hill, quaid villa, iqbal villa, ali block, bahria paradise, fort city, and golf city karachi.
Its just reflects the nature of a person who want to grab whatever he see. In order to get his fine paid to Government, he imposed the extra taxes. Shame on BT.

Despite of all this, people are waiting for BT peshawar. We see people suffering but we repeat mistakes that’s why people like MR remain confident and try to dig out from our pockets
Actually dealers are waiting for MR projects who basically are actually beneficiaries, small investors and general people investment are on stake.
MR sold files to everybody in khi and balloted only dealers plots. And most of the general ppl are still waiting for their plots which are still no on ground and are in 4-5 lac in loss. DHA Valley, phase 8 extension, part of Enclave, part of Lahore bahria, and biggest part of Karachi bahria still doest not exist.
