NFC Phase 2 latest developments.
Why development is too slow?
I could never get any useful information on their official web site. One of the page is abusing :-( see below link:

I am hearing since long that it is a very good society and prices are dirt cheap if compare with Bahria Town but I could not see anything in actual. Innocent people are keep on buying property with fake information and repent later like people have lost billions of rupees in Eden housing society.
Investors should be informed what these housing societies are doing, what is the latest updates and they should also given possession dates. I bet search the whole web and you will NOT find anything like possession dates for NFC 2. ?????
Society’s Elections are major hurdle in development and possession. However, if you see the developments in surrounding societies BT and NLC is causing a continuous growth of prices in NF2. Its a genuine investment but very long term (mind you)

Continuous growth of prices in NF2 is natural phenomenon and investment is also genuin but what i am saying it’s too slow and nothing is on their web site. I believe they promissed to give possession of some blocks in Feb. 2014 and now its 2015 is going to start and there is no update (mind you)
You must have seen their office conditions i.e. Sarkari daftar, comprising babas all around :). I’ve recently invested in nfc2 and would be more than happy to see some on ground developments. Btw I have seen some commercial buildings filled with dealers during my recent visit in Oct/Nov’14
NFC Phase II is more of a society being mulled for investment. Yet, there is no development in the locality. And yes society elections and change of management are some of the issues that prevail there.
However, let's hope that the respite to development work would break soon and the developer will hand over possession accordingly.
