I have few questions in mind and need expert opinions to make a decision
1. Will d-12 prices become at par with f-11 in future? Currently there is a gap of almost 2.5 to 3 crores between kanals of two sectors ?
2. What will be impact of e-12 development on d-12 prices and future ?
3. I feel that access to d-12 is still a bottleneck for the sector to go up, is it so?
You hv enlightened the reasons by yourself in ur question. The difference in price of both sectors will reduce as soon as D-12 gains suitable population, access and last but not least improves its infrastructure quality.
