It is a good news for the people of sindh as the province has automated its real estate sector. With the introduction of this system, the citizens concerned would be able to handle their property sector-related matters online.

Moreover, the new automated system for the province’s real estate sector will allow users to:

• obtain nocs

• obtain required verifications

• get property rights registered in their

names

• obtain property-selling documents

• get documents delivered at their doorsteps

The new system will also computerise the available data on properties in sindh, enhance the revenue management, and make information accessible to the public.

The automated system for sindh’s property sector would soon start operating across the province. Additionally, the introduction of e-stamp papers is also being planned. The provincial government aims to curb corruption in the real estate sector with these measures.
