Now the value of plots is going to increase.
That is something good. How much the prices are expected to go up?
A jump of 2-3 lacs is not so far now.
Yasir-2 can you elaborate a little more on your assessment plz? Why such a big jump (almost 20%) and by when is it likely?
The prices in C block are going up due to the start of construction now the value of 10 marla plot is 13 to 18 lakh which was 10 to 15 lakh two months before.
Khalid, how about the access road issue with Wapda Town. Has that been resolved? Why in your opinion, the prices are still depressed in WT while in adjacent B-17 a 10 Marla plot is way expensive than here?
Dear Zubair,Road access through motorway interchange is completed & will open for public anytime.
Prices are down as compare to B-17 is because investors were not active in wapda town & was no marketing done by society nor the involvement of the property dealers however now everything is ok nd going well.Soon u will see that the prices will nearby to B-17
