I am not free for it to do it. It is wrong man, just make calculation for it. I once planned but time constrains stop me from doing this thing mate.
A person who take place on contract and given on rent. That will not take for 1 lac. Becuase space cannot be occupied all the time. And there are many other administrative expenses. You should consider giving it on 25K monthly rent. Then investors will put their stake on.
Then it means why do you buy property for others rather than buying for your own self?
I have rented it Yesterday. Grow up please and become bite mature. :P
