@Rehman. Is your assessment specific to E block, or to B-17 or are you talking about the overall real estate market in general?
Block E has no dispute,The dispute was in Block-D for Bait ul mall.

Dear Kashif my opinion was specifically for E block
Reaseon:
- There are number of Options available and coming in near
future in the market
Approach of E block from G.T road, long distinace
No construction expected in next 2 to 4 years so why some
one stuck his money there, where as many other better
options are there
- CDA seems to be active soon for its dead projects to
mobilize.
- Multi give possession of ROS and E block together so
due to small investment investors prefer ROS than E
block when real state market opens
I am not degrading any one but putting light on the
possibilities.
