Aoa senior members , please advise what will be the effect on prices of ring road on bahria phase 8 .Is it better to hold and wait for the ring road or better to sell it now
I think its best to wait few years more.
Almost 8-10 lacs increase in bahria town rwp safari valley umer block since 3 months.
Almost 10 to 15 lac increase in 10 marla, L block BT 8 in past 2 to 3 months.
