Damac will be priced out by the market in Pakistan thanks to the cheaper and more cost effective options offered by DHA, Bahria, Eden, Multi etc. We have seen Emaar; it could not go too far beyond one major project.

DAMAC is not starting any project in Pakistan, we are only selling there property in Pakistan. Property is in DUBAI.

Dubai prices are coming down. There is too much stock coming on to the market and prices are falling in mid range villas and stable in other categories. Year on year you can see transactions falling of a cliff. What happens after that is a fall in prices. A correction was due. Long term wise Dubai is probably going to be ok.

Can you please provide us some more information about this project along with the future scope in terms of Investments for both Short and long run.
