Its better to hold the DHA Phase-9 file. It can give you better results.

When i bought 5 Marla file, i had another option to buy 7 marla plot in Lake city of worth 17.5 Lac.... But i bought 5 marla file of 18.5 Lac.... Now at present file is of 19 lac...and the same lake city plot is now of price 21 Lac...and posession will be given in a month...so you can idea the price of that same plot... Anyways holding with the file....its all about luck...
