I had purchased two plots of 8 Marla each in the mentioned area, paid 11 installments but could not hear of the updates. Can anyone please tell me the latest development status, prices etc.?

It is probably related to DHA Valley project not DHA Phase II as 5/8 Marla are avaiable in valley..I am not sure however, you can find some relevant info on the below string..
