I bought a 444 sq yards high rise commercial plot in govt scheme new town gwadar about three months back on a friends advice. Buying price was 1 million. Now brokers are offering 2.2 million. Its like 120 percent increase in 3 months. Is the property worth selling or holding. Need expert advice.

Its best to hold that property for the next 10 years so its prices ripens. Don’t sell for short term profits.
