Salam, when you sell a plot in dha lahore, how do you get the payment? What is the normal procedure for that?
Firstly you get the token again hard copy of your concerned property.
latter you receive pay orders against your name and transfer the property to the guy who is buying
it's simple as it ,
but if other party want to do a partial payment and required a time for full payment and then transfer, you have to sing a byana paper of 1200 worth and describe your decided terms and conditions
and after completion of that period as stated before the process is same receive PAY ORDERS and transfer
