I have a one kanal plot in dha phase-2 extension (old commoners) in sector c. Any advise what is current market value, if i wanna sell it now.
Or is it advisable to hold it for some time? Appreciate any expert advise.
Need to know your plot number for exact assessment. The prices are going up everywhere so in x commoner's town, which is now considered dha 2 m block. Thanks for your reply. Its in street 45 of sector c and plots in that street are front/back open as it is single line of plots. So what would be your assessment for a plot which front & back open? Regards
