Regilalma Township has not witnessed price appreciation during the past 4 to 5 years. Are there any chances in future of its prices going up?
I think it depends upon which zones are under discussion. Prices in zones 3 and 4 have appreciated much as these are ready for construction. There is ongoing dispute between PDA and the KuKikhel sub tribe of the main Afridi tribe on zones 2 and 5 and prices in these zones are still the same a few years ago.
I was told that in 2 to 3 months, RMT would start getting gas supply which would hopefully appreciate the prices further. PTI Govt is making sincere and serious efforts towards resolving the dispute. Let's hope its resolved soon.
Its the biggest housing scheme in KPK and location wise very attractive. Let's hope for the best.
