I want to sale my one kanal plot in state life 2 And want to purchase a 10 marla plot is Nfc 2. Becoz both ve same worth nearly. Pls experts advise me in this regard.If u ve another option,pls share with me.My plot value is nearly 18 lac.
Over the long run State Life 2 is a better option assuming that they have possession of the land and will start development quickly otherwise you are better to get a plot on the ground, the closer to the city that you can get in that range the better.
