I am looking for place for the plot where i can immediately start construction
Mine budget for plot is around 40 k and i am looking for ready to construct plot.
Can any one guide me for the better decision, where can i get the plot in this budget

Why don't you go to bahria town sector e? Blockwise allotment of possession has been started in this sector. You wont be having any issue of electricity breakdown in the bahria town, as the town manages its own grid station.
