I am looking for 1 kanal plot in lahore , i am interested in building home, my budget for plot is 25 to 35 lac . As i want to construct house so all facilities(electricity,gas,roads etc) should be there. Sir your budget is very low for 1kanal plot even in this budget you can’t get 10marla plot in LDA avenue one as well
Soo Then why NFC phase 2 and few other societies advertising plots at 3.5 million per kanal.
Mahmood sb, NFC2 is not developed society & its possession is expected in next 4-5 years & after that it will take 1-2 years to become livable. If you can wait for so long then you can try it. Even in NFC2, its very difficult to find One Kanal plot in 3-Million.
Cheapest option would be I think Central Park on Ferozpur road where you can buy One Kanal plot around 4-Million in B-Block where you can start construction immediately. Possession plots, all facilities are available, families are already living there.
