I intend to invest rs. 10 m for a long term period (3-5 years). Objective is to have secure investment with reasonable return. Expectation is that it should double in 5 years period. One option appers to be dha islamabad. But the issue i see is that i already have couple of plots in sector n & p and i want to diversify the investment; don't want to put all the eggs in one basket. I shall appreciate advice from the members on the available options. Should i go for dhai or consider also bahria town phase 8. What's your view about dha lahore phase 9?

or 2nd best option in DHA karachi city residentail or commercial plot.

As you already have some stake in zone v so why not move to a different zone like zone 2 in terms of diversification like g-15, f-15 etc. In zone 1 u can also consider g-14/4 and in your budget i think you can get a 30*60 or 30*70 size good location plot. In g-15, f-15 u can get a 40*80 size good location plot in your budget. These are all secure investments and will give good returns for sure don’t know whether they will double.

I would suggest 10 marla developed plot in Sector A Bahria Enclave.
Files of DHA Lahore Phase 9 is also good investment for long term.
G-14/4 is also safe and secure investment.
So the choice is urs...

i am shahzad sheikh from Sk Associate in my opinion i advice you now good time of investment in DHA LAHORE PH-9(investment around 5.5 million) and second option in DHA Karachi City(Investment around 5 to 6.5 million for residential plot and (Investment around 9 to 110 million for commercial plot)

For long run 5 plus years you can concentrate on dha lahore phase 9(bcz its been 10 years in waiting yet)so hopefully now will be the time for its luck to show up(my guess)
ALL at your own risk.
DHA Lahore in the best option because you have to get more customers by adding your values in it.
