Salam all friends,
I have a small family,and want to buy a 120sqyds house in karachi.
Area must be neat and house should be new or renovated.My maximum budget after all resoruces is 46 lak.
I am very confused where to go in karachi.
I checked saadi town,gulshan e maymar and surjani.Currently i think these three areas are in my budget.
1-but please help me to choose which is better out of these three and what the reason.
2-do you suggest some other area within my budget and requirement.
3-please note the children are studying in middle classes.
4-i have two more options to think about:
Go on rent in gulshan e maymar or sadi town and book villa or plot in bharia town karachi or appartment in fazia housing society.
Waiting for your suggestions in detail.
