Since plots for sale are very limited on bulevard, therefore, the asking price is high from normal rates.

Mushtaq Sb, if it is plot with possession and no depression, then I don't see any cons in this investment. In my view it is very safe and secure investment....

How do u know its filling area… If it is filling then don’t go for it even if the price is lesser…

I think you shown too much interest in that plot, Thats why dealer is playing with you.40 lacs to much for 30x60 plot in C block on main bluevard.It should be maximum b/w 30-35 lacs.

Do visit some dealers in B-17... Ask for some options... You will get, very good idea about the prevailing prices... Don't trust blindly on one dealer....
Proceed with your purchase, slowly... Don't rush... Koi aag nhe lagi huwi, apko acha aur reasonable plot mil jaayega... You need to remain calm and compose....

Mr. Khan, if I want to buy, what is the price of a 10M in C block? Any tips on particular area to avoid?
From the knowledge i have, C block extension ranges from 24-32 depending on location and non extension plots range 35-40. Rest Mr Khan may shed some more light.
