I have posted questions couple of times on here, I went to lake city and Bahria orchard to see plots, 5 Marla without possession in Lake City and Bahria Orchard starts from 17 lac, my budget is only 15 lac, I want to build a house after 1 year, please please help me. I am very disappointed, after every 2 to 3 months prices increase in massive amount which is unfair, an average Pakistani citizen cannot buy a small piece of land. Please guide is there any decent society where I can buy a 5 Marla plot in Lahore? Thanks.
Brother; You can go for NFC-2. 5-Marla plot price around 8-9 lacs and 10-Marls you can find around 16-18 lacs. Its development is underway and possession is expected in 2.5 years. Its better to buy the plot immediately and then wait for the possession. You should take your decision quickly otherwise even this society will go beyond your budget. One more option can be Sui Gas Phase 2. Please visit both societies ASAP.
If you could have taken your decision 5-6 months back; you could find a plot in Lake City or Bahria Orchard.
As far as my information. Sui GAS phase-2 is a Kanal and above scheme... But confirm it with some expert. Potential wise its good though! Rate of 1 Kanal currently is around 25 lacs on an average plot. For a 5 Marla NFC-2 is good in your budget! you can increase your budget by 1 to 2 lacs to get a 10 marla in NFC-2
Thank you Irfan for your post. I will visit NFC phase 2, I have heard from most of the people that NFC2 is gonna take 3 to 4 years to get possession. I want to build a house after a year or year and a half. I bill also visit Sui gas phase 2, do you have any information about T&T socitey (Muslim Nagar) is it a good decent society to live in? I have heard 5 marla plots over there starts from 15 lakh with possession. Please guide me a bit about it also. Thanks
