Hi all i am looking to buy 7 marla plot in twin cities to build home in 3,4 years, please suggest best societies and options for living in islamabad/rawalpindi area.

well there are plenty of options where you can find plots in twin cities.
finding exactly 7 marlas will be a difficult task but not impossible. you can check nova city and even top city
if you can may be share your range, it will be easier for the users to guide you proeprly.
Are you specifically looking for a 7 marla plot? Because I believe even 8 to 10 marla plots in MPCHS and Bahria Enclave (Blocks J and N) may fall under your budget.
Nova City in ISB also seems to be a really good option right now, as it has been approved by PHATA and has a reasonable payment plan. Though it would be great if someone who has invested in the project could also share their two cents.
