I am planning to buy a residential plot in bahria enclave. 8 marla plot seems to be suitable choice. I have budget of 4 million and in this price 10 marla is out of reach and 5 marla is too small in my opinion. I have following question that i need some information on from the experts.
From the map that i have for bahria enclave, 8 marla plots are in sector h, j and n.
1. Which of these sectors is going to be better in the long term?
2. How long the possession would take for each of these sectors?
3. What is the expected price of the 8 plots in these sectors?

I understand that exact time of possession is not certain. But can you give me a rough estimate...like 1, 2 or 3 years??

Possession is uncertain. When do you want to build home? Atleast not in 1 year.
I can wait up to 2 years.
If it's two year than you need a specific answer first that which sector of 8 Marla is ahead in development than others. Also which one has easy terrain.
I do not know exact answer so you have to ask this from local dealers.
