I am an overseas pakistani and want to invest 4 to 5 millions rupees in pakistan for 1 to 2 years. Can someone please advise me about the best possible options? I know very little about all this.

Go for I-12 or DHA2, B17 is also good.

H Khan: You're welcome.. I-12 is a proper CDA sector behind NUST university, development is going on and possession is expected in a year or two. DHA2 is the best performing sector in terms of living as well as investment, it is secure and Islamabad Expressway Expansion/Development will boost it too, it is near Rawat (some part is in ICT, rest is outside) but Expressway goes directly from Islamabad to DHA. B-17 is the best sector in Zone 2 ICT (Same society that made E-11/3) and rates are very good with possession plots, Margalla Avenue will give it a very good access to main Islamabad from GT Road.
I am not familiar with Lahore's property sector, but again DHA seems good, latest is Phase 7 I think which has possession.

As you know very little about all this so it is better to go only for DHA 2. This will be your safest bet. Avoid I-12 or B-17

Lahore is currently most attractive city of Pakistan in terms of Property Investment. But what attracts more to investors is Return on Investment (ROI).
I will prefer and suggest the area of Mominpura (Ring Road) for investment.
Right now the ROI which is proved to my other investors is around 25-40% which is very high as compared to DHA and Bahria where ROI is merely 1-2%.
Mominpura is 1km from ring road and 1/2 km from Lahore Orange Line Metro Train. You can get 9 marla plot in 1,710,000 Lac.......

H khan sahib need to know your goal of investment. Your area or developers preference. Are you ok with DHA files r plots only. These things are must needed to guide you to proper safe high return investments. If not comfortable writing these things here please SMS or WhatsApp me.
