Any news abut the motorway interchange and updates on d18? Is it a good move to sell in b17 and buy relatively cheaper plots in d18 for more gains n medium to long term ?

I don’t think this will be a wise move. U can’t compare b 17 with awt.
It is true that D-18 awt offers some potential in the short run because of the interchange but its only one way access. In the long and medium term, B-17 still has plenty of juice still to be squeezed out especially due to Margalla avenue and airport opening.
Not recommended. Consider DHA valley, F 18 and B-17.
Well its not a bad move if some one purchased in b 17 few months ago he will get 100 percent profit now and he should invest now in echs d 18 it will be more better option then awt. For profit taking i will say it is a wise move , but for profit taking only.
It all depends on how good an investor you are with timing. People like me are more committed investors and when I pick up a property, I would hold it for atleast one year. However, the move you are suggesting is very beneficial for someone who can time their move right.
B-17 has excellent longterm prospects but the market will likely remain stagnant for the next few months. On the other hand, in AWT prices have started edging higher and there will be major jump after the interchange opens in March. A 10 marla plot that you can buy for 20 lacs today will not be below 30, possibly even more by mid next year. Once you have achieved that target, you can sell your plot, and move back into B-17. Can you make those quick trades? Thats for you to decide.

Right now I think the best option for someone who has plots in Band C blocks of B17 id to sell them have profit and reinvest in E block as with development in E Block and with extension of facilities like Electricity, Gas roads, sewerage system and finally the possession its price will gradually gain. There was another good news at the Annual meeting that due to land acquisition problems in D they are liking it staraight with B and C so it will eventuall fetch you something good, insh Allah
