Please suggest me the best options for investment in real estate. I want to invest 2 million for 2 to 3 years. Being a salaried person, my priority is safe investment for reasonable ROI; not a greedy/risky investment for very high returns.

I would suggest 30x60 plot on map in Multi Residencia, very safe and secure investment with good potential.

In my personal opinion AWT ,D 18,and Mumtaz city will be better,or go for cda sector 1 15 or i 16.These are zone 2 and in zone 5 Gulberg and jinnah gardn are better and if you want to go further away DHA valley is another option. In your budget
Agree with shumaila never go for files because files are and never invest just someone told you this is good bla bla bla just go and visit the site and think 100 times before invest i am telling you because of your limited resources and never invest in files as they are risky you can loss lot of money and you alos can gain a lot.
Dear Usman as ur investment time frame is 2 years and u need a secure investment not huge profits but investment should be secure then try to invest ur amount in mumtaz city chanab block buy a 30 x 60 ready plot around 19 lac or e 16 3 where u will find a 30 x 60 possession plot around 22 lac Inshallah both options will give u good return

Plots available around 15.5 lacs are now traded around 18 lacs....
