Go for gulshan abad
Askari 14 is the best. Also houses near Fauji foundation are also good location wise.
Askari 14 is v.expensive… Almost difference of half prices…is there any housing colony near fauji foundation ??
Janjua colony is good which is near to Askari 14. I have one kanal plot there near to defence road for 35 lac only.

Connection of Adiala road to BT/DHA through sawan bridge is written in stone...
May take time but it could not be ignored now.
For that reason investment in GULSHAN ABAD is good. It is just matter of time before DHA reaches to Adiala.
