Aechs or bahria phase 8

I have budget of around 8 - 10 million and planning to move back to pakistan i am stuck with bahria phase 8 and airport housing society sector 1 next to gulzar e quaid ( visited both places ) my work place most likely would be g-6 islamabad kindly advise and share your views to help me to take the right decision in this budget i can have 5 marla double story house in both locations…

Jamal sb…sir airport society is not a destination for the one who has spent his part life in some foreign country.also i have heard of some noc issues in aechs plus quality of life is not upto the mark.the only con that phase 8 have is the distance from ypur work place but living standard is world class at that place.i would recommend you to construct a house by yourself if you have time.keeping in view the distamce and life standards you can also consider 5 marla in dha 2 isb but for that you have to extend your budget a bit but if you construct it by yourself then you can manage a 5 marla in dha 2 in 10 million.otherwise i personally think that aechs is not a feasible option.u should choose between bahria or dha for living purposes.

I always thought that DHA 2 is minimum plot size is 10 marla but if 5 marla options are there I am agreed with you for now I am shifting my focus to DHA 2 please share the details of any property dealer and prices of 5 marla good location plot prices.

Sir i myself is dealing dha 2…Not much 5 marla plots are left as they were already very limited in number…But yes i can search the market and my inventory for you if you have really made up your mind for dha 2…BEst point is location of 5 marlas is excellent,just at stone throw away distance from gate 7 and easy access to islamabad.My contact no is 03455370978.

what is price range of 5 marla plot there in DHA which you mentioning.

Sir around 50 lacs ±…But i have checked today and no option is being quoted right now.

That’s so expensive …5 marla for 50 lakh . U should find alternative solution …DHA has mostly kanal plots and 5 marla ll look bit awkward in DHA.

Move your focus to f-11 or g-14,or some other close to g sector, no need to come and go daily from Rawalpindi and wasting your hours in traffic for daily job.

@ kami2k…plz find me a 5 marla house for 8 to 10 million in f 11.u can’t find something in even g13 in this price.yes if you can compromise to live with narrow streets in an old house with poor facilities then u have the option of I 10.and I consider it as wastage of money to buy an old house just to save half an hour.also u have to live with compromised standards.

Sir DHA-2 , 5 Marla was the old " Commoners Town" , yes no doubt good location but streets are narrow at places. Some locations, you think they are not on par to the typical standards of the DHA-2.A 5 marla Plot is not at all less than 50 lacs. Mey be at odd locations, you can find at less price.
