I’m overseas pakistani and looking to invest approximately rs. 2.5 million. Based on my amount i cannot buy a plot in some of the good names such as dha or behria town. Based on previous family experience regarding plots i’m scared to even invest with some small developers, such as al jalil developer.
al jalil developer, ch. Nasurllah was part of the al-rehman gardens which have several phases in lahore and is modest and successful hosing scheme.
can someone please provide some information on it?
- i hope it is approved lda housing scheme?
- they do not charge extra development charge or miscellaneous chargers again before possession?
- should i buy using payments or pay lump sum amount and get 10% discount?
- will this be a good investment for 3 to 5 years?
