You can't find in B-17 C block but E block 30x60 is good in this budget and i hope after access prices will rise inshAllah.

Another hand Bahria phase8 is also good and safe option.

1. Phase 8 which sector? Developed or Un-developed?

2. Where should i expect better return on investment? In B-17 E-block or Bahria Phase 8?

@Arshad, it was a typo, it was meant to be 2-3 years.

I think B-17 E block is not a bad option for 2 to 3 years investment.... TC is also good option if they will be able to continue development at good pace, as the location is very close to new airport.
