I live in australia. My father died couple of year ago leaving a house some bank balance. My father left no will. We are 2 brothers (including me) and two sisters. My both sisters lives in pakistan while we both brother lives in australia.
Now my question is what is the process if i want to give all of share in my father inheritance to my younger sister sister is this possible then what kind of document that i can sign and send back to my sister?
Well, for this you have to go to court for succession Certificate for money and it is divided by court to all the family members, and for land 1st it is transfer to the family and then all family members must be there in patwari office then infront of tasildar that all have no objection and it will be transfer to any one from all the family members, its long process sorry to say
