Raza actually I think Faisal Town will be better than others but it is too long term for me. I dont think it is short or even medium term because the whole project is at an initial stage.
I want to make a decision to buy to keep for short to medium run - basically i want to sell when population moves in.
In AWT, Wapda Town, PECHS and Foechs, the construction work is now at initial stage. So if I aim for population factor pushing the price up, then all these societies are ripe for investment because development is complete or almost complete and a few people are now making houses. This is the pre-population stage.
At populated stage, I will either get out or opt for construction to sell a constructed house. That is my plan.
For this plan AWT is good because of army but a bit far. Wapda Town even more far and bad access so it will take too long to get things ready for using AWT access and then getting house construction.
So the game is poised between PECHS and Foechs. And I think Foechs will win because of closeness to Pindi Islamanad and the fact that foreign office staff are not selling easily. One property dealer was telling me he is losing interest in foechs because these are 'saab Log' and have nakhra. Many of them are outside Pakistan and they want to construct for retirement. It will become new Westridge type of posh area due to diplomat community in the neighbourhood of saddar and CDA. Less than 5-10% are putting their plots on the market. And A-Block of foechs is best.
