B-17 all size plot required direct from owners

I have heard that 30 x 60 villas between A and E (so called C-1 sector) will be launched along side the main double road which is in plan to connect A and E.

Can some body confirm this. A private firm will build these and people are talking about forms being floated in the market for these.

That's what i heard. If somebody can confirm this as i could not find anything on the internet atleast.

There is a thread named Multi Royal Homes in B 17, I think it is the same as told by Haseeb Ali. This is good news for B 17 as it confirms the access road from A to E and F Blocks…

Can any one guide about investment in e block? What is the current price price of plot near markat of e block? Any guess for plot number 1953?

It's galli corner and near to markaz nice plot 30x60 price range is 2.2 to 2.5 because market is slow but don't trust Multi dealers.It's good for long term investment.

After access (which i am not sure) it will rise inshAllah.

Yes it's very good price because market is very slow and other hand Multi is losing credibility.Investors are fed up with this greedy management.I am not sure for one year time frame.If access will complete then very sure it will rise inshAllah.

Nadeem bhai! Multi has given possession in orchards to most of C block, there is access and all developments but price is still falling … Only Allah knows why. I am thinking if people are so disappointed with Pakistan that money is just flowing out; or other businesses are good in PML-N’s business-friendly government that money has gone away from real estate into other areas. That's very right I know a lot of people investing in heavy machinery and power generators nowadays and renting it out to companies which are developing these metro, expressways and highways and other road networks.. Its just one domain I know personally where many of them had invested...there might be others and many more small and medium level investments which have a healthy and regular ROI.

but as always its always wise to purchase property during downtime and sell it off during peak period.

Multi is house of issues and full of liars,fake projects with fake maps,second eden in real estate,

promoter and dealers are more than multi land,shame to promoters who promote cheaters,

Yes it's true prices are drop anywhere and most people like to invest to other sectors.I know some people who purchase shops and houses for rental purpose some people invested in other sectors.

At the moment property business is not stable and many people are suffering in big brands.
