What about block A in B-17.

It is good to buy there and keep for mid term (3-5 years) investment or building a home for personal living.

Apparently the stone crushing has been stopped or switched to other areas which will not effect Block A.

Will it boost the value of Block A after the stone crushers have been removed?

B-17 is not a bad option for investment.

1:B block is best but expensive because of populated and close to GT road.Good for home construction.

2:C block is good for short term investment.

3:E block is best for investment for long term.

4:A block have good access close to second gate but there is always dust storm and it will take time.

D:block Black spot on Multi face.Aik kala dabha ha jo ka big brand ka matha par laga ha.

Both are good.At the moment B-17 is cheap than I-16.B-17 30x60 price between 2 to 2.4 million depend on location and in I-16 25x50 price is 2 to 2.7 million depend on location.

I-16 is good for investment because CDA always rise and it will give you good return.

B-17 E block with good access with good development+possession+reasonable prices.It will take time at least 2 to 3years time period to livable.
