B-17 Vs E-16 Or E-17

How you compare B-17 vs E-16 or E-17 investment.

It looks you can buy a 1 kanal plot in e-16 or e-17 for the same price you have to pay in b-17 for a 10 marla plot. It looks all B-17, E-16, and E-17 are ready for construction and not too far from each other. I am planning to invest for 2 to 3 years. Which one i should prefer? I am not from Islamabad and don't know much about these sectors. I will rely on your feedback to make a decision.

Hi Fahim! To tell you the truth B-17 is far developed than E-16 or E-17. The rate of property transactions is high there too and its quite popular as compared to the other two you have put up for comparison. No one can be sure about what the upcoming society will hold so its usually trial and error method. If you wanna be safe i say you go for that 10 marla plot in B-17. If you want to take a risk then go for E-17. Choice is up to you and no doubt Allah knows best.

There is no risk in E-17 cabinet. It is developed and people have started construction - you can visit the site and ask the people who are building their house about the pros and cons.

Yes the development standard of B-17 is higher but the advantage of E-17 is that it is much closer to main Islamabad but still the prices are currently much lower compared to B-17.

Therefore, the potential of price increase in E-17 is quite high whereas price increase in B-17 is also good. But budget wise and distance wise E-17 is very good. Also, in E-17 most plots are big (one kanal) and development standard is not bad - Habib Rafiq are the developers.
