Is b-17 a good sector to invest? Why are so many people, including investers going for b-17 even tough there are other societies as well on the gt road. Would that road which is supposed to connect b17 with d12 ever built?
Apparently land value if 10 marla is equal to almost 3 kanals in b-17's a and b block. So experts what would you prefer 10 marla of e.11 or 3 kanal of b-17.
And of course i've heard that b17 is already having water problems even tough there are very few houses present there. What about future water issues.
And last question. What is the future of d block?
If you are comparing it or investment then b 17 is good as it has lot of juice .and e-11 is already very expensive every sector has upper limit .
E-11 has hit upper limit. Good for builders but not good for investors.
Sorry I forgot to say that I would prefer to live in 10 Marla at E-11 instead of 3 Kanal of B-17.

Isloo bhai comparison should be on today's position. It should be not on the basis of their evolution
As original question was about investment so we consider investing today in any of these areas
A.M.dear, agree, but to be fair you should allow time margin for B-17. The road infrastructure of zone 2, B-17’s access to M1, completion of MA, proposed metro are the factors that will raise B-17 status to at least mule, if not a horse.

Don't compare E11 with B-17 because E11 is already matured but i am hopeful with B-17 soon or later it will be second E11 inshAllah.If we do not reach that time then our children and grandchildren will reach it.Always held to the hope because hope is a beautiful answer to many difficult questions.
