I have a corner plot in bahria education and medical city which is fully paid including the development charges. What is the future of that project in next 2-3 years. How much price can go up in that period?
Still it is a very longterm project. Access is not good and in sorroundings there is only agriculture land no other small abadies or society. Plus there will be no hospital or medical college for 2 , 3 years. It will not gain much. May be 5m go upto 21 22 lac, if govt make the sui asal road from ferozpur road to raiwand bypass or mor then healthy gains can come. Else slow slw improvemnet expected.
