Can any brother shed some light on “Baharia Enclave 1” & “Baharia Enclave 2”, I know where is BE2 but I do not know where Is BE1? and what are plot sizes available in BE1 and what about possession of plots there?
Rates will come down more, wait, don’t buy now.
Rates were already too high, one was not able to buy a commercial plot in Bahria Enclave 1, but in the same price he was able to buy a class 3 shopping center in Islamabad.

Can you tell us what are the prevailing rates for 10 and 20 marlas in a and c sectors possession plots?
Possession has not been given in C Sector.
In Sector A, 10 marla with possession is minimum 65 lacs... Good location are even 90 lacs.
20 Marla with possession in Sector A are 130 lacs plus...

5 marla old booking is starting from somewhere 26/ 27 lacs…
Thanks Mr. Khan. I had sold both of my 2 plots of 5 marlas in BE1 in Oct 2013 at 1million profit, and would now like to buy at least one but waiting for the prices to come down a little bit more. What do you think if it will be a fair expectation that prices will come down to 22-23 lacs?

It seems BE is resolving their NOC issue with CDA and one of my relative got notice that BT moved their plot because CDA has objection on certain land.
