Aoa,
I am considering to buy a 2 bedroom bahria enclave apartment that i intend to use when i am in pakistan. I have seen a few pictures of the apartments and it seems like the apartments buildings have topped out and now they will work on the interior.
When can we expect completion and handover of apartments to the owners?
Furthermore and most importantly will it be wise to defy the risk and invest in bahria enclave knowing that they have still not received any noc from the cda?

Durrani sb, NOC does not look a big issue at the moment as Billions of rupees are at stake in BE.
The hand over could take place by the end of this year or early 2017 in my personal view.

I have been offered a park face 1 bedroom tower 2 which I am considering for investment only. What should be a good price?

Tariq, BE Apt prices are stagnant at 7500 per Sq ft. So for 1 bed which is 825 sqft, comes around to 61-62 lac.
Bahria did a recovery drive in Dec for outstanding installments, so it is expected that they will now complete it on fast pace. I see handover by next March though.
