@virgo! Bro! If u want ready for construction plot then Sector G 8 marla (39-41 lac genaral plot) is good.
If u can wait for posesion then sector N is good. (32-34.5 lac general plot).

@malik hameed! J is under devlopment- rates are low (8 marla) Than other sectors.. Further rates will rise with progress in dvlopment- if u want to buy- this is good time to purchase

@malik hameed! Bro J 10 marla are much dvloped and posibly posesion will be given in march- price is (45lac+)… Whereas 8 marla are underdvlopment and will take a year till posesion- rates are 27-30 lac.
