Need brotherly advice.
I have a file/plot in BE Sector F1 which is under possession giving phase. Yesterday I got a call from them about payment of possession and utility charges which are 10% discounted during Ramadan month., and that if we don’t pay now, maintenance charges PKR 2000 per month from next month will start.
I have following questions:
- Won’t maintenance charges apply in any case, whether I pay possession and utility charges now or later?
- Should I pay possession and utility charges now, or is it wise not to pay if plot is purely for investment in my case? I am not sure but heard that after possession is taken, there would be additional non-development charges etc.
