Ring Road is intersecting the BTL and hundreds of Plots , home and commercial area are under the Ring Road.Golf view is dividing in 3 parts mean it will cut in 3 small blocks and golf area consept will finish. Affectees are protesting but no media is giving coverage . BT is hiding behind the stays or using courts for their interest etc.
Strange thing is this Blogers of zameen.com still writting the blogs in the favour of BT . And claiming RRL case in court ,stay is there no threat to investors ,Pretending MR will handle the situation etc.
Agreed bahria is not the final but how about it being the first destination in the world?

Standard of work is definitely impressive and people are impressed when ever they visit Bahria projects, I am talking about genuine buyers rt now, not investors.
However, how could one justify, land advertised in one project allotted to one bunch of people, sold to another group in another project's launch. Which result in a number of affecttees, out of which not all are rich investors but some are middle class people who could afford only one plot for a decent residence in BT.
And this number of affectees has been increasing since a very long time, and MR doesn't seem concerned at all about it. Due to the fact, for him, establishment of his empire is the most important thing, rather than taking care of those affectees. Even MR's formulas seem ineffective now as BT is going down day by day.
I personally think MR could have given importance to the members of BT, by ensuring no one suffers due to the bad practices of his company, and still be more successful than what currently he is.
50 million charity doesn't mean anything once you have master minded a 5 billion robbery.
BR town pinidi was built on top of garbage dump. These days the stench is so bad that it is impossible for residents to live there, many have sold off and left. In good times, 10 years ago it was sold off as an oasis of security and tranquility. Most of the land was disputed, and aquired through dodgy means.
Problem in Pakistan is that people have to beg for even basic standards of living. Things are made complicated on purpose by government. Electricity, water, gas, you have to pay bribes to even think about getting connection. Pay prices of Newyork, but get properties like in Africa. Most of the Pakistani population does not have access to clean water and lives like cattle.
MR is a fraud, and many like him have come and gone before. Does anyone even remember Seth Abid? Rich always exploit the poor in this country, and no one is there to check them. Formula is simple, keep people from hand to mouth so when you sell them even trash, they will buy it like gems. Same is the strategy which MR has very shrewdly put to practice. Once MR is gone, there will be no one to keep the gravy train running, and BT will be like any other government society, maybe even worse because of the number of people who have been defrauded by BT.
What's so special about BT standards that people cannot live without in societies that are atleast built fairly? I think difference is greed, and the herd mentality. No one is talking about the LRR ring road affectees in media? People are just busy spreading hype about LRR southern loop to kick start a buying frenzy. Many people have lost their life savings after being lured by BT so called high standards.

Owais sahib you’re absolutely right and MR could have been a true and lasting legend if he had done that too, what you said. But who has done that, no one at all, no private or government or military entity has done that so far, they all have cheated. MR still has one plus of exemplary development. Part of the problem that people lost their money, is their own fault. They bought files for getting rich quickly, thus they have to admit that their own greed played in there too. Consumers have limitless powers. If everyone stops buying files today, believe me every developer will develop on time and never delay as they will not be able to sell until they develop it. Is everyone willing to stop buying files, not really and the reason is sheer greed, so no complaints please … You know that you’re buying a paper with a promise and promises here are never fulfilled.

If that regulator was there, MR could not run away with billions of DHA valley money with the help of DHA and HRL culprits.
You can see now a little intention of setting things right, by GHQ, MR has almost returned all what He defrauded in the form of GC, LAND, PLOTS in phase-8 and in Karach. Think if a proper regulator would have been existed with proper setup and structure?

Creating a regulator is something that only a government can do. One can guess the moral decline of this nation where kids younger than age 10 are kidnapped and sold to get organs out of them, so what can one expect but how about us the consumers stopping to buy files?

And I don't believe all the people who have invested in new projects, are investors who were willing to gain quick profits. For Instance, there is a sector in Bahria Enclave ISB, called Sector C, when its 10 marla phase was launched, and sold by dealers in market, atleast 10 buyers are known to me, who bought it, to get the plot for construction purpose, being located at the prime location. Currently there are around 600 affectees of that project, most of them paid all their dues. Very few adjusted, but adjusted with very poor location options, in chunks and outskirts of other phases.
People known to me a area affectees, and the land available was sold to some other developer for Villas construction, with Sector C3.
I don't think only greedy were deceived by MR this time, lot of innocent who wanted to have a residence were also cheated.......Musafar sb.
