It seems bahria had an overwhelming response to Karachi projects. Great thing for Karachi. It was a much needed and awaited option.
Regardless of its success, some things don't seem just right at least at the moment...
Bahria has allowed to sell the "Registration". Now that essentially is making the grounds for a frenzy of trading Registration entitlement, without the projects being actually announced.
And if this trend catches up, we might see the "Own Mania" in the market and that would definitely lead to inflated prices of the project prior to its launch.
Some would call it a wicked way of making money but really shouldn't the largest real estate developer be more genuine and ethical?
I am afraid setting this kinda practice isn't healthy for real estate sector especially in fragile economic situation of people of Pakistan.
Nevertheless, I wouldn't be surprised if some court decides to have a review on this practice.
I mean trading of "Registration/Membership" - seriously!!! :/
