What is the future of bahria orchard 01 kanal villas. What will be its expected price in 2015 end and 2016end. I have one villas and its possession has also been given to me. Now it is not making any profit for me. So what should i do. Whether i should wait more or i should sell it in loss and invest in some other location maybe in nishtar block bahria town lahore or i should get it on rent and wait for 1~2 years.
